SILICON CAPACITIVE PRESSURE SENSORS
WITHSTANDS UP TO 20X OVERPRESSURE

The ESCP3-M1 Series is a digital Silicon Capacitive differential pressure sensor family of ultra-high resolution and excellent long term stability. The digital output is fully calibrated and temperature compensated based on the internal temperature sensor and the factory calibration coefficients. The capacitive principle of operation has significant advantages over the piezoresistive one. Tests have shown that the high side of a low pressure differential sensor can withstand up to x20 bar overpressure. The standard available ranges are between ±10mbar, ±25mbar, ±100mbar.
