Components in trays can now be checked for quality in one single, time saving serial measurement, using KORAD3Dplus. The easy-to-handle software with one-touch-operation is able to adapt to any type of tray available. To examine the first part of a batch, the operator manually determines the necessary parameters.

Thanks to an intuitive menu, workers won’t need any expert knowledge to succeed very quickly. With the following definition of different tray fields, the batch job is complete. KORAD3Dplus picks up even the most complex tray structures fast and precisely. One click activates the testing for all parts in the magazine.

The respective results are displayed as IO/NIO-analysis according to the tolerance values set previously. The generated data protocols provide clear information on the quality level of a batch and exactly mark the defective parts, so these can be reworked immediately.

The software extension is intended to support industrial companies at batch fabrication and is equally suitable for small and high volume batches. With that, KORAD3Dplus offers another valuable function for supporting worker self-inspection. Through the automatic execution of the quality check of a whole tray, the worker is free for other tasks. At the same time, he keeps full control of the quality of a batch and can intervene instantly, before further process steps are applied to faulty components.
